We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, product dimensions, color, capacity, and performance figures may vary slightly due to production tolerances or regional adaptations.

Custom Orders & OEM/ODM:
For customized products or OEM/ODM services, all specifications and functional requirements must be confirmed in writing. Any changes after confirmation may result in additional charges or extended lead times. We are not liable for incompatibility issues if the customer provides incomplete or inaccurate specifications.

Battery Usage & Safety Notice:
All lithium-based products must be handled according to standard safety guidelines. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, charging, discharging, and maintenance procedures. Misuse may lead to damage, performance degradation, or safety hazards.

Pricing, Payment & Currency Terms

All prices listed on jieyobattery.com or provided via quotation are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are subject to change at any time due to raw material fluctuations, exchange rate variations, labor cost adjustments, or regulatory shifts without prior notice.

Quotations & Validity:
All quotations are valid for a limited period as stated in the offer, typically 7–30 days. Any pricing errors, whether due to typographical or technical issues, may be corrected at our discretion.

Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept various payment methods including:

• Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

• PayPal (for small orders or samples)

• Letter of Credit (L/C, subject to credit approval)

• Other terms as mutually agreed upon

Deposit & Balance Policy:
For standard or customized orders, a deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before production begins. The balance must be settled before shipment unless otherwise agreed in a formal contract.

Transaction Fees:
All bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Payments must be received in full, net of any deductions, unless authorized by JIEYO New Energy.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order for which payment is delayed, incomplete, or deemed suspicious.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

All products are shipped in accordance with the agreed Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) specified in the final invoice or purchase agreement. Shipping methods may include sea freight, air freight, express courier, or other logistics options depending on destination, volume, and urgency.

Lead Time & Delays:
Estimated delivery dates are based on production schedules and carrier timelines and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. JIEYO New Energy is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, etc.)

• Customs clearance issues or local import restrictions

• Inaccurate consignee details provided by the customer

• Carrier service disruptions

Risk Transfer:
Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or freight forwarder, unless otherwise agreed under DDP terms. Insurance coverage is optional and can be arranged upon request at the buyer’s expense.

Shipping Damage or Missing Items:
The buyer must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Any damage or shortage claims must be filed within 3 business days of delivery and supported by photographic evidence. Failure to report within this time frame waives the right to claim.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

JIEYO New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to quality assurance and customer satisfaction. However, due to the specialized nature of our lithium batteries and energy storage systems, all returns, refunds, and warranty claims are subject to the following terms:

Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the confirmed specifications. All returns must be authorized in writing by our customer service team and returned in unused, original condition with all accessories, labels, and packaging intact.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Any restocking fee, shipping cost, or transaction charge may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit upon agreement.

Warranty Coverage:
Unless otherwise specified in a formal contract, we provide:

• Standard warranty period: 1 to 5 years (depending on product type)

• Coverage: Manufacturing defects, internal circuit board failures, or abnormal battery behavior under normal usage

• Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, overcharging/discharging, improper storage, water exposure, or force majeure

Warranty claims require a valid purchase record and serial number tracking. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Buyer Responsibility:
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and replacements unless otherwise agreed. Tampering with safety seals or using non-recommended chargers voids the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JIEYO New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to:

• The use or inability to use this website or our products;

• Delays in production, shipping, or communication;

• Third-party acts or services including carriers, customs brokers, or platforms;

• Data loss, system corruption, or business interruption;
