JIEYO Sodium-Ion Car Jump Starter — 12 V, 1000 A Peak, –20 °C Cold-Start, 60 Wh Power Bank, Smart Clamps
The JIEYO Sodium-Ion Car Jump Starter is a next-generation emergency starter and multi-output power bank built around a sodium-ion (Na-ion) cell pack. Compared with conventional Li-poly jump packs, Na-ion chemistry offers strong low-temperature behavior, stable storage, and cobalt-free safety, making it a better fit for real-world roadside use. Delivering up to 1000 A peak and 500 A start current, it can revive gas engines up to ~8.0 L and diesel up to ~6.0 L (condition-dependent). A compact body integrates USB-C PD fast charge, USB-A QC, 12 V DC output, and a high-intensity LED work light—everything you need when the battery lets you down.
High-Performance Sodium-Ion Platform (12 V Class)
-
Chemistry: Sodium-ion (Na-ion) for inherently stable thermal behavior, cobalt-free design, and robust cold-weather performance.
-
Nominal pack energy: ≈ 60 Wh (12 V class; ~5 Ah equivalent).
-
Peak / start current: 1000 A peak (short-duration), 500 A start.
-
Operating temperature: –20 °C to 50 °C jump-start; –30 °C storage (recover to 0–40 °C before charging).
-
Cycle life: 1000+ cycles to 80% capacity (typical jump-start/power-bank use).
-
Self-discharge: low; holds charge for months in the glovebox.
Why sodium-ion for jump starters?
Na-ion chemistry keeps a more stable voltage at low temperatures, tolerates long-term storage better than many Li-poly packs, and eliminates cobalt—reducing cost volatility and safety concerns. For seasonal vehicles and cold-climate drivers, that means more reliable cold cranking when a lithium-polymer pack might sag.
Smart, Tool-Free Jump-Start System

Reverse-polarity protection & alarm
-
Spark-proof connection (pre-charge)
-
Over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature protection

Quick Start (Jump-Start Procedure)
-
Check SOC (≥ 50% recommended for large engines/cold starts).
-
Power on the unit; connect clamps to the pack’s smart lead.
-
Clamp to battery: RED to +, BLACK to – (or chassis ground).
-
Wait for the “ready” indicator; if a fault is shown, correct polarity or use Boost per manual.
-
Start the vehicle (3–5 s crank). If unsuccessful, wait 30–60 s and try again.
-
Remove clamps in reverse order; allow the alternator to recharge the vehicle battery.
Maintenance & Storage
-
Top up every 3–4 months if unused; the Na-ion pack holds charge well, but periodic charging maximizes life.
-
Keep dry & ventilated; avoid leaving in direct sun on a dashboard.
-
Do not charge below 0 °C; warm the pack first.
-
Inspect clamps and insulation periodically; replace if damaged.
-
Firmware (if applicable): follow service guidance for updates.
