1. What types of batteries do you manufacture?

We specialize in lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries, including portable power stations, home energy storage systems, high-voltage rack-mounted systems, and solar battery solutions.

2. Can I order a sample before bulk purchase?

Yes, we offer sample orders for most products. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Custom samples are also available upon request.

3. What certifications do your products have?

Our batteries comply with CE, UN38.3, MSDS, IEC62133, and other international standards. The factory is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified.

4. Do your products support solar charging?

Yes, most of our products are compatible with solar panels. We can also provide complete solar energy storage solutions upon request.

5. How long is the battery lifespan?

Our LiFePO₄ batteries are designed for over 6,000 cycles at 80% DOD, ensuring 10–15 years of service life depending on usage.

6. Can I customize the product specifications?

Absolutely. We support OEM/ODM services, including voltage, capacity, casing design, BMS customization, labeling, and packaging.

7. What is the lead time for bulk orders?

Generally, the production time is 15–25 working days depending on quantity and customization. Stocked items can ship in 3–7 days.

8. What shipping methods do you offer?

We support sea freight, air freight, rail transport, and door-to-door delivery (DDP). We will recommend the best option based on your location.

9. How do you ensure quality before shipment?

Every unit undergoes strict QC tests including aging, charge/discharge cycles, and BMS protection tests before packing.

10. What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 5–10 year limited warranty depending on the product. Free technical support and after-sales service are available throughout the warranty period.
